Ferso plays a role fundamental in the management of the Lighthouse Project , a social initiative specifically geared toward young people, women, and community leaders, in Capão Redondo, São Paulo. Developed by RDSaúde in partnership with the Unified Health System (SUS), Farol seeks to promote health and well-being in an innovative way, expanding the range of integrative practices and enhancing opportunities.
One of the highlights of the work is the implementation of a structured methodology of systematization of information, which ensures capture and continuous learning throughout the project. This methodology was carefully designed based on studies of experience mapping e customer experience, allowing data collection, insights and learnings to be organized clearly and efficiently.
"During the process, we use various tools, such as meetings, quarterly reports, and sharing events, to build a 'learning trail.' This trail accompanies all stages of the pilot project, from initial planning to reformulations and results, promoting agile, collaborative management focused on continuous learning," explains Barbara Meyer, director of Ferso.
The importance of systematizing knowledge was also highlighted, ensuring that methodologies and improvements are preserved and can serve as a legacy for future actions. "Our proposal is to offer a appropriate methodology to ensure that the project is replicable,” concludes the director.
