A diverse team, formed by directors Edson Ferreira, Bárbara Meyer and Beat
Grüninger, heads the consultancy Ferso. The trio has more than 15 years of experience
corporate experience in solutions for developing strategies and
management of topics related to sustainability.
“Our purpose is sustainability management and the delivery of shared value
for the company and its stakeholders. The result comes when the customer understands this
impact. We know that robust strategic management of environmental issues,
social and governance, reduce risk, improve your reputation, avoid lawsuits
judicial and regulatory fines, in addition to enabling access to new markets and sources
investment”, highlights Edson Ferreira.
In the team's day-to-day activities, project development, reporting and
solutions are aligned with frequent changes, combined with the construction of partnerships
institutional and market partnerships, placing the customer at the center of everything. To
Bárbara Meyer, the difference in consulting is understanding what the opportunities are and
the main customer demands, taking into account the market in your sector.
“We bring market trends and connect them with experience and strategy
of the client, taking as a guide their current situation in ESG management. With this,
we were able to align the discourse between the areas and guide decision-making”,
Explain.
In the market, many medium and large companies use ESG management,
according to their moment of maturity, adopting different strategies, such as a
initial dialogue with its stakeholders, actions to mitigate risks arising from
climate change, access to markets with higher levels of demand
socio-environmental, leverage through resources linked to ESG themes, among others.
“This situation occurs both in terms of local regulations and standards
international (Europe and USA) and the consultancy is prepared for these different
scenarios”, concludes Beat Grüninger. Learn more about our professionals:
